Oh, apply sunblock please. Don't think that, "Oh, I'm not a girl, I doesn't need sunblock".
Hey there! You're wrong. Sunblock is to prevent the strong UV Rays from the sun from going into the skin. For serious cases, it might cause skin cancer. The sun will be strong, please bring a 1.5litre of waterbottle filled with PLAIN water to the brim. You can fill your bottle when you're there so you doesn't need to bring a heavy bottle to Kallang which is so far. I think you'll die :X
Meet at the time you're suppose to. And remember, DO NOT be late.
Have a good meal and rest @ home after training. Don't tire yourselves up.
